TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO WEDDINGS
By engaging my services you are agreeing that you have read, understood and accepted the following Terms & Conditions:
TRAVEL COSTS
Travel within Central London (zones 1-2) is charged at a flat rate of £30 per return journey.
Travel costs outside Central London (zones 1-2) are as per above plus additional mileage costs calculated according to the AA Guidelines to Motoring Costs.
In order to provide an accurate quote, you will need to provide the full address and postcodes of the venues where you will be having your trial and where you will be getting ready on your wedding day.
Travel costs quoted are correct as dated, but may be subject to change.
TRIALS
Trial dates and times are flexible and to be arranged in advance for a mutually agreeable time.
48 hours notice must be given for any alterations to the agreed trial date and/or time.
Payment for a trial is for that service only.
The successful completion of a trial does not imply my availability for your wedding day, nor does it commit you to using my services on your wedding day.
Any re-trials requested will be charged at the full rates as per the Pricelist.
No refunds for trials that have already taken place will be given for whatever reason.
BOOKINGS
To secure a wedding date, payment of the total cost is required.
Bookings are confirmed and dates secured only once payments are received in the form of cleared funds.
Once bookings are confirmed, I reserve the right to retain and/or recover full payment of fees and costs in the event of cancellation on your part, at any time, for whatever reason.
I reserve the right to supply a substitute make up artist in the event I am unable to undertake the work myself for any reason. In such circumstances the fees and costs will remain the same.
ADDITIONAL WORK
Any additional, unforeseen, or last minute work that is agreed and undertaken after the Booking Payment has been made and/or confirmed will be charged at the full rates as per the Pricelist.
Any such additional payments must be made and received in the form of cleared funds in advance of the trial or wedding day.
Any such additional work requested and agreed on the day of the trial or wedding day shall be paid in cash on the day of the trial or wedding day.
I reserve the right not to undertake any additional, unforeseen or last minute work if it is deemed impractical in my opinion, or if full payment has not been received as above.
I reserve the right to refuse to provide or use any products requested.
Used or partially used items that form part of my professional kit are not available for sale, at any time, under any circumstances.
IMAGES
I reserve the right to display images of the makeup I do for promotional purposes on my website.
If you have any objection to this please indicate at the time of booking.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS
The contents of these Terms & Conditions may be subject to alteration at any time, at our discretion.
